Pillars of Marathoning ‘26

A SERIES OF VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS LEADING TO YOUR SPRING MARATHON

I aim to empower all marathoners to understand the components that comprise their performance.

Whether you’re pointing to Boston, London, New Jersey, or Eugene, we’ll come together weekly to learn from experts on the topics that build successful marathoners

Pillars of Marathoning is a series of 1-hour video calls on Wednesday evenings at 8pm EST that explore the physical, psychological, and emotional elements required to make the most of the Marathon.

Each session is focused on a specific topic needed on race day. Including a guest expert on the topic of the day, personal work time to apply the learnings to your plan, as well as live Q+A to dive deeper into the topic together.

All sessions hosted by Peter Bromka, 8-time Boston finisher. I first ran Boston in 2005 as a charity runner, then multiple times as a qualifier, and then in 2019 & 2021 as part of the Elite Start, so I’ve seen the race from all angles. I love this race for many reasons and enjoy nothing more than geeking out with other runners, helping them maximize their Boston experience.

All sessions will be interactive - a conversation between experts with time for participants to submit and ask questions.

Each session will also have a “workshop” component, helping every runner apply what they’ve learned to their plan for race day.

Please join us, a group of runner geeks aiming to make the most of our day together!
